Although there was a delay due to Covid, and issues with plumbing, facia, and footers, Patio Enclosure was so helpful and patient with me. The one thing I really appreciated was the professional and kind employees. "When we originally built our home, Patio Enclosures/Hartshorn Custom Contracting did an outstanding job installing our pool cage. When we decided to add an extension, we didn't hesitate to give them a call. As part of this renovation, we had a large patio picture window installed. From start to finish, they were very professional, especially keeping us informed on unavoidable delays due to COVID-19 supply chain challenges outside their control. The final stage, installation, occurred in just as professional a manner. Their installers, Clark and Jordan, arrived on time, kept us informed on the status of the work over the two days, did a thorough cleanup, and, once done, performed a detailed walkthrough explaining their work, warranty, and going over the final paperwork. Everything looks great except one tiny section of the screen, and I would have still written this e-mail to give you kudos for the job that was done. I feel it was every bit worth the price paid. It really looks awesome. My hat is also off to Bruce (I believe that's his name - the one who measured and designed the enclosure). The overall enclosure design is far better than what I envisioned. In addition, out of all the contractors/employees that were at my house doing work, yours were the best. They cleaned up very well at the end of the job. The other contractor I've dealt with would throw their trash everywhere, even when there was always a couple of trash cans on site. Yours were courteous and left the clean-up to a minimum.
